Chatham Rock Phosphate announces private placement up to CAD$175k

Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited has announced a non-brokered private placement, offering up to 3,500,000 units at a price of CAD$0.05 per unit. This placement aims to generate gross proceeds of up to CAD$175,000, NZD$210,000, or AUD$199,500. Each unit will include one common share of the Company and one warrant, exercisable at $0.10 per share for two years. Under certain conditions, the Company can accelerate the warrant expiry date.
