Henderson Far East Income declares dividend and allots shares

Henderson Far East Income (NZX:HFL) has announced a third interim dividend of GBP0.0625 per ordinary share for the year ending August 31, 2025, payable on August 29, 2025, to shareholders on record as of July 25, 2025. The shares will trade ex-dividend from July 24, 2025. This follows previously paid interim dividends of GBP0.0620 per share on February 28, 2025, and May 30, 2025. Additionally, the company agreed on June 9, 2025, to allot 465,000 ordinary shares at a price of GBP2.19 per share under its block listing facility, with shares issued for cash by June 11, 2025, increasing the total issued share capital to 175,159,679. Simultaneously, Henderson Far East Income has disclosed an unaudited net asset value per share as of June 6, 2025, of GBP2.106, calculated according to the AIC formula including current financial year revenue items, and GBP2.057 excluding those items. The company also affirmed it does not invest more than 15% of its gross assets in other UK listed investment companies.
