Carbon fund acquires CO2 units for NZD 20,402.13

Carbon Fund (NZX:CO2) announced today, June 12, 2025, the acquisition of 13,879 CO2 units with a nominal value of NZD 20,402.13, acquired for cash at a price of 1.4700 per unit. These units are to be held as treasury stock, pursuant to the Master Trust Deed. The total number of fully paid ordinary units in existence after the acquisition (excluding any treasury stock) is 29,446,280.00. The acquisition, effective as of June 11, 2025, represents 0.0471% of the total units on issue. The announcement was made in compliance with NZX Listing Rules.
