Radius Residential Care acquires 50,000 shares in buy-back program

Radius Residential Care Limited (NZX:RAD) announced today that it has acquired 50,000 of its ordinary shares at an average price of NZD 0.2700 per share on the NZX as part of its previously announced on-market share buy-back program. The buy-back program was approved by the Board on December 16, 2024, and initially announced on December 18, 2024. Following this acquisition, the total number of ordinary shares in the class, excluding any treasury stock, is 284,637,253. The acquired shares will be cancelled. The acquisition was made under NZX Listing Rule 4.14.1(a).
