Carbon fund acquires CO2 units for treasury stock

Carbon Fund (NZX:CO2) announced today the acquisition of 75,680 CO2 units as treasury stock, with a nominal value of NZD109,804.11. The acquisition price was 1.4509 per unit, paid in cash. This purchase represents 0.2562% of total units on issue. Following the acquisition, the total number of fully paid ordinary units in existence stands at 29,539,426.00. The units are to be held as treasury stock, pursuant to Master Trust Deed. The acquisition occurred on June 5, 2025.
