Infratil (IFT) launches bond offerings on NZX debt market

Infratil Limited (NZX:IFT) is launching a debt offering on the NZX Debt Market under security code "IFT370." The offering includes NZ$100,000,000 in unsecured, unsubordinated, fixed-rate bonds under the Firm Offer, with the potential for an additional NZ$43,413,442 of bonds under an Exchange Offer. The Exchange Offer allows New Zealand residents holding bonds maturing on June 15, 2025 (Security Code IFT250) to exchange their holdings for new bonds on a one-to-one basis.
