Carbon fund acquires 36,527 CO2 units for NZD51,868.34

Carbon Fund (NZX:CO2) announced today the acquisition of 36,527 CO2 units. The units were purchased for a total of NZD51,868.34, representing a price of NZD1.4200 per unit, with the acquisition completed using cash. The acquired units will be held as treasury stock pursuant to the Master Trust Deed. The total number of fully paid ordinary units in existence after the acquisition stands at 29,643,667.00, excluding any treasury stock. The acquisition, effective as of June 3, 2025, represents 0.1232% of the total units on issue.
