NZME shareholders approve director re-elections and authorizations

Auckland, 3 June 2025 - NZME Limited (NZX:NZM) announced that shareholders approved all resolutions at its Annual Shareholders' Meeting held today. Key outcomes include the re-election of Sussan Turner as a director, with 104,605,230 votes (88.75%) in favor. Steven Joyce and James (Jim) Grenon were also appointed as directors, with 110,169,547 votes (93.35%) and 101,666,831 votes (86.17%) in favor, respectively. Additionally, shareholders authorized the directors to fix the fees and expenses of the auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2025, receiving 110,480,533 votes (93.61%) in support. The voting was conducted via poll, as required by NZX listing rules.
