Infratil announces strong FY2025 results and bond offer

** Infratil (NZX: IFT) has announced strong FY2025 results, with proportionate operational EBITDAF of NZD 986 million, nearing the upper end of its guidance. This performance was fueled by contributions from CDC Data Centres, One NZ, Wellington Airport, and RetireAustralia. A final dividend of 13.25 cents per share was declared, bringing the full-year total to 20.50 cents, a 2.5% increase from 2024. Looking ahead, Infratil anticipates FY2026 proportionate operational EBITDAF to range between NZD 1.0 billion and NZD 1.05 billion.
