Air New Zealand continues share buyback program

** Air New Zealand (NZX:AIR) has continued its share buyback program, acquiring a total of 1,782,018 ordinary shares through both on-market and off-market transactions. The company purchased 1,175,900 shares on the NZX and ASX at average prices of NZD 0.5985 and AUD 0.5518 respectively. An additional 606,118 shares were acquired off-market from the Crown at an average price of NZD 0.5975. These acquisitions are part of the buyback programs announced on February 20, 2025, and authorized by the Board. The shares acquired will be cancelled, reducing the total number of ordinary shares to 3,326,411,517 and the number of shares to be held as Treasury Stock will not be altered, sitting at 93. This latest activity reflects Air New Zealand's ongoing capital management strategy.
