Radius Care achieves record FY25 with strong occupancy growth

Radius Residential Care Limited (NZX: RAD) today announced record operating and financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. Key highlights include a 13% increase in EBITDAR per occupied bed to $27.9k, and a 20% increase in underlying EBITDA to $23.5m, adjusted for the sale of a care home. Operating cash flow jumped 42% to $20.1m, while AFFO increased 18% to $8.8m. Profit Before Tax soared 191% to $10.5m, and net debt was reduced by 8% to $67.7m. The company declared a final dividend of 0.8 cents per share, up 14% on FY24. Occupancy averaged 92.8% for the year, lifting to 93.9% at year end. The company also acquired a 51% stake in Cibus Catering which added incremental earnings, and has expanded into ACC supported home care. Radius Care expects continued growth in FY26, boosted by Cibus and the St Allisa acquisition.
