PaySauce reports second year of positive earnings, customer growth

PaySauce today reported its audited financial results for the year ended March 2025, highlighting growth and increased profitability. Operating revenue increased by 17% to NZD 9.0 million, up from NZD 7.7 million in the prior year, while processing fee income rose 18% to NZD 6.3 million, supported by an 11% increase in customers, totaling 8,204. EBTDA increased by NZD 0.3 million to NZD 1.4 million. Net profit before tax reached NZD 0.46 million, marking the second consecutive year of profit. The company is focused on expanding its multi-jurisdictional payroll product and diversifying its customer base. The average revenue per user (ARPU) fell 5% to NZD 86 as at March 31, 2025, while customer lifetime value (LTV) increased to NZD 6,700. The company aims to accelerate growth and scalability of business operations in Australia.
