Net property income increased to NZD 116.9 million, a modest 0.4% increase year-over-year, which reflects a NZD 72.7 million revaluation gain on the portfolio, driven by increased market rents. Net profit after tax reached NZD 125.9 million, reversing a loss from the prior year.
