Restaurant Brands NZ re-elects directors at annual meeting

Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited (NZX:RBD) announced the results of its 2025 Annual Shareholders' Meeting, where shareholders voted on seven resolutions, all of which were supported by the Board and passed.
