Infratil completes acquisition increasing CDC Data Centres stake

Wellington-based infrastructure investment firm Infratil (NZX:IFT) announced the completion of its acquisition to increase its stake in CDC Data Centres to 49.75%. The deal, initially announced on February 18, 2025, involved exercising pre-emption rights to acquire a 12.04% stake from Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation, alongside The Future Fund. The acquisition reinforces Infratil's commitment to expanding its presence in the data infrastructure sector. The company stated it is pleased the completion of this acquisition has occurred today.
