Napier Port director Stephen Moir to depart in December

Napier Port (NZX:NPH) announced today that Stephen Moir, an Independent Director, will not seek re-election for another term, concluding his service at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting in December 2025. Blair O'Keeffe, Chair of Napier Port, acknowledged Moir's contributions since joining the board in December 2016, particularly his role as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. O’Keeffe highlighted Moir's extensive institutional banking and financial markets background as beneficial during periods of rapid growth and development, including the IPO process and early years as a publicly listed company. Napier Port has commenced the recruitment process for a new director.
