Vital Healthcare reconfirms guidance, announces distribution and Wakefield expansion

Vital Healthcare Property Trust (NZX:VHP) today announced its FY25 Third Quarter Update, reconfirming its distribution guidance of 9.75 cents per unit (cpu). The company declared a third-quarter distribution of 2.4375 cpu, with imputation credits of 0.6316 cpu, payable on June 19, 2025, to shareholders of record on June 5, 2025. Vital also offers a Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) with a 2% discount, encouraging investors to reinvest distributions for additional units. Proceeds from the DRP will fund incremental capital projects, including the NZD11.5 million Wakefield Hospital capacity expansion, expected to yield approximately 7.0% on cost. Vital currently has NZD64.5 million remaining in its committed development pipeline of NZD252.2 million.
