Winton appoints Josh Phillips as alternate director

Phillips brings over ten years of experience in real estate private equity and investment banking across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, currently serving as a director of Local Residential. Winton is a residential land developer specializing in integrated and fully masterplanned neighbourhoods, with a portfolio of 23 projects expecting to yield approximately 6,000 residential lots. The company listed on the NZX and ASX in 2021.
