T&G Global shareholders approve director reappointments at annual meeting

T&G Global (NZX:TGG) announced the successful passage of all resolutions at its annual shareholder meeting held on May 7, 2025. Shareholders voted in favor of reappointing directors Carol Campbell, Robert Hewett, Michael Baur, and Philipp Trachtenberg, with each resolution receiving over 99.79% support. The reappointment of Deloitte as the company's auditor was also approved, with nearly unanimous support and authorization given to the directors to determine the auditor's fees and expenses for the upcoming year. Doug Bygrave, Chief Financial Officer of T&G Global, is the authorized person to make this announcement.
