Carbon fund acquires CO2 units for treasury stock

Carbon Fund (NZX:CO2) announced today the acquisition of 19,950 CO2 units for NZD27,971.90. The units, acquired for cash at a price of 1.4021 per unit, represent 0.0647% of the total units on issue. According to the announcement, the units will be held as treasury stock pursuant to the Master Trust Deed. Following the acquisition, the total number of fully paid ordinary units in existence, excluding treasury stock, stands at 30,853,573.00. The acquisition date was May 5, 2025. The announcement was made in compliance with NZX Listing Rule 3.13.1.
