Booster Innovation fund updates board, dispute resolution scheme

Booster Innovation Fund (NZX:BIF) released a supplementary document on May 6, 2025, updating its Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). Diana Papadopoulos has been appointed as an Alternate Director to the Manager's Board of Directors, effective April 1, 2025.
