Smartshares US 500 ETF units on issue increase

Smartshares Limited, the manager and issuer of the Smart Exchange Traded Funds, has announced an increase in the number of units on issue for its Smartshares US 500 ETF (NZX:USF) as of May 1, 2025. The net tangible assets (NTA) for USF have been reported as NZD $16.58251 per unit. The recent adjustments in units issued reflect ongoing activity within the fund, which tracks the US market. This announcement has been made in compliance with listing rules and in reliance on a waiver granted by the Special Division. The Smartshares US 500 ETF provides investors access to the US market and is part of a range of over 40 ETFs managed by Smartshares.
