Smartshares Australian dividend ETF unit numbers remain stable

Smartshares Limited, issuer of the Smart Exchange Traded Funds, reported the Net Tangible Assets (NTA) and unit numbers for the Smartshares Australian Dividend ETF (NZX:ASD) in a series of announcements. The initial NTA, reported as of April 30, 2025, was AUD 1.84243 per unit, with 20,429,541 units outstanding. Subsequent reports on May 1 and May 2 showed negligible changes in the number of units, though the NTA rose to AUD 1.85371 on May 1, then rose to AUD 1.88115 on May 2. These figures reflect ongoing continuous issue of ordinary units by Smartshares in its ETFs listed on the Main Board.
