Smartshares Asia Pacific ETF unit issuance update

Smartshares Asia Pacific ETF (NZX:APA) has released updates regarding its Net Tangible Assets (NTA) and units on issue. On April 30, 2025, the NTA was reported as NZD2.53803. Subsequent announcements detail changes to the number of units on issue. On May 1, 2025, the number of units increased by 25,000, and on May 2, 2025, the number of units increased by 30,000. These changes in unit issuance reflect ongoing activity within the Smart Exchange Traded Funds managed investment scheme, of which the Asia Pacific ETF is a part. Smartshares continues to operate under a waiver from NZX Listing Rules, allowing for flexible reporting of unit issuance details.
