Scales Corporation declares final FY2024 dividend of NZD 7.75 cents

Scales Corporation Limited (NZX:SCL) announced a final dividend of NZD 7.75 cents per share, partially imputed at 50%, for the 2024 financial year. This dividend, combined with the NZD 7.25 cents per share interim dividend paid in January 2025, brings the total dividends for FY2024 to NZD 15.0 cents per share. This represents 63% of the Underlying Net Profit Attributable to Shareholders. The final dividend will be payable on July 11, 2025, with a record date of July 1, 2025. Scales' 2025 Annual Meeting is scheduled for June 10, 2025, in Christchurch, with virtual attendance also available.
