Henderson Far East Income declares dividend and issues equity

Henderson Far East Income (NZX:HFL) has announced a second interim dividend of GBP6.20p per ordinary share for the year ending August 31, 2025, payable on May 30, 2025, to shareholders registered by May 2, 2025. Shares will trade ex-dividend on May 1, 2025. This follows a previous interim dividend of the same amount paid in February 2025. Complementing this shareholder payout, the company also disclosed the allotment of 150,000 ordinary shares on April 28, 2025, and 370,000 on April 29, 2025, each fully paid at GBP208.0p and GBP208.5p per share respectively, under its block listing facility. The issuances for cash, set to be completed by May 1, 2025, will bring the total issued share capital and voting rights to 172,809,679 shares. The company also released its unaudited net asset value per share as of April 29, 2025, at GBP202.2p calculated with the AIC formula, and GBP193.9p excluding current financial year revenue items.
