Smartshares Limited has announced the Net Tangible Assets (NTA) and units on issue for its Smart Exchange Traded Funds as of April 30, 2025. The NTA for the Smart NZ Property ETF (NZX:NPF) is NZD 0.99410 with 104,886,748 units on issue. The announcement details NTA values for over 40 Smart ETFs. This notice is in line with continuous disclosure obligations and the company's waiver from NZX Listing Rule 3.13.1, as granted by Special Division on May 23, 2024. Smartshares is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NZX Limited.
