Scales Corporation issues performance share rights under scheme

Scales Corporation Limited (NZX:SCL) has announced the issuance of 397,653 unquoted Performance Share Rights (PSRs) under the 2025 Grant of its Performance Share Rights Scheme. The PSRs, issued on May 1, 2025, have a nil consideration and a set exercise price of $0. The PSRs are split into three tranches, vesting upon achievement of performance hurdles tied to the release of Scales' financial results for the year ended December 31, 2027. Upon becoming exercisable, each PSR entitles the holder to one fully paid ordinary Scales share. The issuance was authorized by a board resolution on April 16, 2025, and aligns with NZX Listing Rule 4.6.1.
