The Colonial Motor Company appoints John Alexander Beveridge as director

The Colonial Motor Company Limited (NZX:CMO) announced the appointment of John Alexander Beveridge as an independent director. According to the announcement by Ashley Waugh, Chairman, Beveridge's appointment took effect on April 29, 2025. Beveridge, an experienced director in public and non-public company environments, has held numerous senior management positions across listed and unlisted companies. He currently serves as a director of NZX-listed Steel & Tube Holdings Ltd and chairs the non-public NZ Scaffolding Group of companies. His corporate career includes senior management roles with Fletcher Building, where he was the CEO of Placemakers. As a director appointed by the Board, Beveridge will be subject to election at the upcoming 2025 Annual Meeting, scheduled for November 7. The Board has confirmed that Beveridge meets the criteria for an Independent Director as per Listing Rule 12.6.1.
