Solution Dynamics acquires 13,347 shares under buyback program

Solution Dynamics Limited announced today that it has acquired 13,347 ordinary shares at a price of NZD0.63 per share. This acquisition is part of the company's previously announced on-market share buyback program, approved by the Board of Directors on March 25, 2025. The total number of financial products of the class after the acquisition is 14,706,443, with no treasury stock held. The shares acquired will be cancelled.
