ANZ increases stake in Tourism Holdings, exceeds 11.89%

ANZ New Zealand Investments Limited, along with ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited and ANZ Custodial Services New Zealand Limited, disclosed an increase in their combined substantial holding in Tourism Holdings Ltd (THL) as of April 23, 2025. The total number of shares held in the common stock increased from 23,105,127 to 26,302,145, representing a percentage increase from 10.499% to 11.896% of the total shares outstanding. The series of transactions included on-market and off-market trades, with ANZ New Zealand Investments Limited reporting a decrease in total shareholdings whilst ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited saw a slight increase.
