Air New Zealand continues share buyback program

Air New Zealand (NZX:AIR) announced today the acquisition of 282,569 ordinary shares, comprising 138,437 ordinary shares acquired on the NZX and ASX and 144,132 ordinary shares acquired off-market from the Crown. The on-market purchases were made at an average price of NZD $0.5748 on the NZX and AUD $0.5363 on the ASX. The off-market acquisition from the Sovereign in right of New Zealand was executed at NZD $0.5752 per share. These acquisitions, representing 0.0085% of the company's total ordinary shares, are part of the buy-back program announced on 20 February 2025. The shares acquired will be canceled. Following the transaction, Air New Zealand holds 93 treasury stock and has 3,341,651,458 ordinary shares.
