Kingfish continues share buyback program, acquires additional shares

Kingfish Limited announced further acquisitions of its ordinary shares under its previously announced share buyback program. On April 14, 2025, the company acquired 54,000 shares at a price of NZD 1.2228 per share; on April 15, 2025, it acquired 15,000 shares at a price of NZD 1.2200 per share, and on April 16, 2025, it acquired 17,523 shares at a price of NZD 1.2300 per share. All acquired shares are to be held as treasury stock. The buyback program, initially announced on October 15, 2024, is authorized by a director resolution. Following these transactions, the total number of Kingfish's ordinary shares stands at 347,864,285 (excluding treasury stock of 436,523). The acquisitions represent 0.0155%, 0.0043% and 0.0050% of the company's total financial products.
