Henderson Far East Income issues equity, NAV update released

Henderson Far East Income (NZX:HFL) announced the allotment of 300,000 ordinary shares on April 14, 2025, at a price of GBX 203.5p per share under its block listing facility. On April 15, the company announced they had agreed to allot 325,000 shares priced at GBX 204.0p per share, to be paid in cash by April 17, bringing the total number of shares to 171,099,679. The Company then allotted 100,000 ordinary shares priced at GBX 202.5p per share under its block listing facility.
