Genesis Energy director increases shareholding via dividend reinvestment

Genesis Energy (NZX:GNE) announced today that Director and Chairman Barbara Chapman has increased her stake in the company. On April 10, 2025, Chapman acquired 411 ordinary shares at a price of NZD 2.09 per share through the company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan. This acquisition increases her total holdings to 13,415 shares, up from 13,004 previously held. The shares are registered to Stephen Victor Donoghue-Cox. The disclosure confirms that the acquisition occurred outside of any closed trading period and did not require prior written clearance.
