Westpac announces cessation of share rights

Westpac Banking Corporation (WBC), traded on the NZX:WBC, announced the cessation of a total of 33,620 share rights under the ASX security code WBCAB. A total of 4,612 share rights ceased on March 31, 2025, due to other reasons, with each right being cash-settled at a rate of AUD 32.42. Additionally, 29,008 share rights lapsed on February 11, 2025, due to conditional rights not being met. A related 3H announcement indicated that 22,222 share rights were also lapsed for KMP during the quarter.
