Carbon fund acquires CO2 units for treasury stock

Carbon Fund (NZX:CO2) announced today it has acquired 49,987 CO2 units. The units, purchased for a total nominal value of NZD75,780.29 at a price of 1.5160 per unit, were acquired for cash and are fully paid. The acquisition represents 0.1576% of the total units on issue. According to the announcement, the units will be held as treasury stock, pursuant to the Master Trust Deed. Following the acquisition, the total number of fully paid ordinary units in existence, excluding treasury stock, is 31,727,676.00. The acquisition was authorized under the Master Trust Deed and became effective on April 7, 2025.
