Marlin Global warrants (MLNWG) final exercise date approaching

Marlin Global Limited (NZX:MLN) warrants ("MLNWG") will cease trading on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, prior to being halted and suspended at the close of business. NZX Operations ("NZXO") advises warrant holders that the final exercise date for MLNWG is Friday, May 16, 2025. Any warrants not exercised by 5:00 pm on this date will lapse, and all associated rights will expire. Following the exercise date, MLNWG will be removed from the NZX Main Board from the close of business on Friday, May 16, 2025.
