Forsyth Barr Investment Management Limited (FBIM) has announced an increase in its substantial holding of Precinct Properties NZ & Precinct Properties Investments Limited (NZX:PCT) stapled securities. The relevant event, dated April 3, 2025, sees FBIM's total holding rise to 111,872,946 ordinary shares, representing 7.049% of the total class. This is a 1.006% increase from the previous disclosure on January 14, 2025, when FBIM held 95,906,934 shares, or 6.043% of the class.
