Booster Innovation Fund issues 3,847 new units

Booster Innovation Fund (NZX:BIF) announced today the issuance of 3,847 new ordinary units, effective April 1, 2025. The units were issued at a price of NZD 1.4068 per security and represent approximately 0.027% of the fund's total units. The issue is authorized under clause 5.1 of the trust deed, pertaining to continuous issuance of units. Following the issuance, the total number of financial products of the Class is 14,420,365. The units rank equally with existing units.
