Carbon fund reports $1.7159 NTA and CO2 unit acquisition

Carbon Fund (NZX:CO2) reported its Net Tangible Assets (NTA) at $1.7159 as of April 2, 2025, and announced the acquisition of 5,355 CO2 units at a price of $1.5600 per unit, totaling NZD 8,353.80. These units, representing 0.0168% of the total units on issue, will be held as treasury stock pursuant to the Master Trust Deed. Following the acquisition, the total number of fully paid ordinary units in existence stands at 31,800,177.00. As an investment fund managed by Salt Investment Funds Limited, Carbon Fund aims to provide investors with exposure to the price of carbon credits in emissions trading schemes, primarily through purchasing and holding carbon credits in New Zealand and offshore.
