The Bankers Investment Trust buys back shares

The Bankers Investment Trust PLC (NZX:BIT) announced today that it has executed a market purchase of 1,360,918 of its own ordinary shares with a nominal value of 2.5p, as authorised at the Annual General Meeting held on 25 February 2025. The shares were bought back at a price of GBP 114.454p per share and will be held in treasury. Following this purchase, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 1,315,102,830 ordinary shares, of which 234,886,688 (17.9%) are held in treasury with no voting rights. The total number of voting rights in the Company is now 1,080,216,142.
