Precinct Properties director increases stake with on-market purchase

Anne Urlwin, a Director at Precinct Properties Group, increased her holdings through an on-market purchase of 10,000 stapled securities on March 28, 2025. The transaction, valued at NZD 11,300 excluding brokerage fees, raises her total holdings from 81,128 to 91,128 stapled securities. Following the acquisition, Urlwin also holds 25,000 PCT020 Fixed Rate Bonds, and the acquisitions have been disclosed in compliance with the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.
