Carbon fund acquires CO2 units for treasury stock purposes

Carbon Fund (NZX:CO2) announced the acquisition of 20,004 CO2 units on March 28, 2025, to be held as treasury stock pursuant to its Master Trust Deed. The purchase price was NZD32,006.40, with each unit acquired at NZD1.6000, funded entirely in cash. This acquisition represents 0.0628% of the total units on issue. Following the transaction, the total number of fully paid ordinary units in existence stands at 31,851,668.00, excluding any treasury stock.
