Booster Innovation fund invests in Kai's Education

Booster Innovation Fund (NZX:BIF) announced an investment in Kai's Education, a company specializing in gamified and interactive STEM learning tools. The investment, totaling NZD 250,000, will give Kai's Education a 1.2% stake in the BIF portfolio. Kai's Education, founded in 2018, is classified as an early-stage company, operating in the education technology sector. The BIF portfolio currently holds over 35 active companies and boasts a net asset value of NZD 20.6 million. Investors can purchase units in BIF on the NZX, or subscribe for units in the fund as part of the process described in the fund's Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), available at www.booster.co.nz.
