Carbon fund reports CO2 unit acquisition and asset value

Carbon Fund (NZX:CO2) announced the acquisition of 91,809 units in its CO2 fund on March 27, 2025, to be held as treasury stock. The units were acquired for $144,140.13, translating to a price of $1.57 per unit. This acquisition represents 0.2881% of the total units on issue, bringing the total number of fully paid ordinary units in existence after acquisition to 31,871,672.
