Ventia continues share buyback, acquires additional securities

Ventia Services Group (VNT) announced an update to its on-market share buyback program today. On March 24, 2025, the company bought back 298,780 ordinary fully paid securities. This brings the total number of securities bought back before the previous day to 2,109,833. The total consideration paid for the securities acquired on March 24 was AUD 1,219,736.61. The highest price paid for a security on that day was AUD 4.13, while the lowest was AUD 4.06. The buy-back is part of Ventia's previously announced initiative to repurchase shares up to a value of $100 million, and is set to continue until March 2026.
