Megan Glen resigns from General Capital board

General Capital Limited (NZX: GEN) announced the resignation of Megan Glen from its Board of Directors, effective March 31, 2025. Rewi Bugo, Chairman of General Capital, acknowledged Megan's contributions since joining the Board following a share placement in February 2023. Bugo noted Megan's significant workload outside of General Capital as the reason for her departure, expressing gratitude for her commitment. The Board will undertake a skills review to assess future needs, aiming to appoint a new director at the next Annual Shareholders Meeting.
