Carbon fund acquires CO2 units for treasury stock

Carbon Fund (NZX: CO2) announced today the acquisition of 54,639 CO2 units, increasing the total number of units on issue to 32,004,896. The units were acquired as treasury stock pursuant to the Master Trust Deed, with a total nominal value of NZD 89,012.39 and an acquisition price of NZD 1.6291 per unit. The transaction, executed on March 20, 2025, was funded with cash. The acquisition represents 0.1707% of the total units on issue.
