Vital Healthcare Property Trust issues new distribution reinvestment units

Vital Healthcare Property Trust (NZX:VHP) has announced the allotment of 522,188 new ordinary units under its distribution reinvestment plan, according to an NZX filing on March 20, 2025. These units, issued at a price of $1.812854 each, total 0.08% of the existing units and are in respect of the distribution of 2.4375 cents per unit paid on March 20, 2025. The total number of financial products of this class after the issue is 677,083,392, ranking equally with existing ordinary units. In related news, Fund Manager Aaron Hockly-Holdich acquired 1,147 units through the distribution reinvestment plan on the same date, bringing his total holdings to 86,442 units. Additionally, Director Graham Robert Stuart acquired 1,396 units through the distribution reinvestment plan, and also acquired 30,000 units on March 19, 2025, increasing his holdings to 135,239 units.
